AquaFit is a great way to obtain an all-around fitness workout! Aquafit is a great way to get a maximum calorie burn with no impact on feet, knees or hips in a deep pool to utilize the resistance of water, giving you a low or non-impact aerobic workout.
"Water Belts" and "Foam Dumbbells" are provided, so participants do not have to be strong swimmers in order to enjoy the class.
